The Detroit City Council voted to approve an 8.4 million dollar settle to former Deputy Police Chief and another officer for a wrongful dismissal lawsuit. It then approved a second settlement for roughly another half million. Apparently, the Detroit City Council was never made aware of the REAL reason that the settlements were being pushed by Kwame Kilpatrick - the accusations of Brown and the others were 100% true and totally provable by text messages.
